Aloe Vera

Known for its healing and soothing properties Aloe vera has been found to provide virtually instant relief to burnt or scalded skin and actually aid in the healing process.
Aloe vera gel accelerates the rate of healing, decreases swelling and redness, increases the availability of oxygen to the skin, increases the strength of tissue, prevents blisters, reduces inflammation and relieves pain. Helps keep the skin supple draws out infection and prevents infection, Aloe vera has natural antiseptic properties. With all these benefits don’t forget your pets; Aloe vera is excellent for relieving itching and scratching from flea bites and other skin complaints.

How to use:
Break a piece of the leaf and apply the gel.
PLANT MAINTAINANCE: Aloe’s like south facing position front porches or sunny windows. Can tolerate partial shade and can be put outside during the summer. During the summer the soil should be completely soaked, but then allowed to dry out again before re watering. Aloes have shallow root spreading system when re potting choose a wide pot rather than a deep pot. During winter watering should be minimal.
