Common medicinal plants
found in our gardens.
Many plants with medicinal properties can be found growing in the wild, you may even have some in your own back garden! I have only researched these plants with the intention to use them myself at some point. I have researched as much as I could and found information on some plants to be more informative than others. Some information also states information that another source doesn't mention. Please be aware that there might be a risk and always try small amounts first and never use too much of any plant. The motto is less is more.
