Green Medicine came about when I saw an advertisement in the Knowle West newsletter, the Media Centre were looking for 100 homes in Knowle West, South Bristol to reduce their Carbon emissions in their everyday lives. The project was called ‘Carbon Makeover’, and I thought to myself “that’d be good for me and my family”, so we joined.  Being environmentally friendly can be quite lonely so joining likeminded people meant we all had something in common. When I joined I became aware that they needed campaigners to come up with ideas to develop new mini environmental projects. So that’s how Green Medicine started!
